Smart Object and Filters

Step 1 : Right tap the Background Layer and tap on Convert to Smart Object.

The Layer transforms into a Smart Object.

Step 2 : Click the Elliptical Marquee Tool.

Step 4 : Go to Select>Modify>Feather.

Step 5 : Set the Feather range at 100 pixels. Click OK.

Step 18 : Go to Image>Adjustments>Shadows/Highlights.



Step 19 : The Shadow/Highlights exchange box opens.

Step 20 : I have expanded the Amount of Shadows and Amount of Highlights.

Step 21 : Check the Show More Options to see more Options

Step 22 : I am adjusting the Highlights Amount, the Radius and the Midtone Contrast. Click OK.
